How long will it take for my order to ship? Orders typically ship within one business day if the product(s) is in stock. Items ordered over the weekend will usually ship Monday. Delivery time varies depending on your specific location. Items are shipped via FedEx SmartPost. Additional express shipping options are available at checkout.

What do you charge for shipping? NOTHING! Shipping is FREE on every order in the U.S.

How will my order be packaged? Most orders are shipped in a discreet white padded envelope.

I received a letter or mailer from Worldwide Herbals. Where do I find my Keycode and Customer Number? The Keycode is a 6-digit number printed inside a pink box. Your Customer Number is a 6-digit number printed in a yellow box. To quickly locate the item advertised, simply enter the product item number in the box near the top left of the home page (located just under the the blue header).

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the empty containers and any unused product within 120 days of your order and we will provide a full refund.
